Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. The return window begins on the day you receive your item, as confirmed by the delivery tracking information. If the 30th day falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next business day.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 10. Exchanges

We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you once we receive and inspect the defective or damaged item. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund instead of an exchange.

11. Defective or Damaged Items

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

If your purchase included promotional items or free gifts, these items must be returned along with the purchased item to receive a full refund. If promotional items or free gifts are not returned, the value of these items will be deducted from your refund.
